Yes. Every crew member goes through an application review and reference check. Background checks are required as a condition of dispatch as we scale. All work is covered under Upstar's satisfaction guarantee — if something isn't right, we make it right.
Contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we'll review it. Upstar takes accountability seriously — we'll work with you to resolve any damage claim promptly.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard services. Same-day and next-day availability exists depending on your location and service type — try booking and we'll confirm what's available.
We serve all locations within roughly a 40–60 minute drive of Independence, MO — covering Kansas City, Overland Park, Olathe, Lee's Summit, Liberty, Shawnee, Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Grandview, and more.
Your card is pre-authorized (held) when you book but only charged after your service is completed. You'll never be charged upfront. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee applies.
